They are sold individually, so not in pairs. Therefore, I will give some explanation.
You can buy it without circle on (as you can see in the picture) and with circle.
You can buy two pieces without circle. Or buy two pieces with two circles on.
Or you can choose two pieces, one with circle and one without.
